Initial contact good. However, the location assigned was not as described and was unsuitable. In store service (Edwin) was excellent and he sorted all issues promptly and to my entire satisfaction.

Edwin (Luton branch) was absolutely fantastic. He explained everything brilliantly and took the time to assess our storage requirements and provide a suitable storage unit, at a very reasonable price. The service we received was better than any other storage place in Luton!
