The two ladies I spoke with at Big Yellow Luton were both approachable, friendly and professional. This is the first time using storage and I was quite apprehensive at first however my time at the facility booking in and being shown what to do was made quick and very easy. I would highly recommend Big Yellow storage Luton and it’s staff.
