Good customer service and communication

I recently used Big Yellow Storage and was extremely impressed with the overall experience. The facility is clean, secure, well-maintained, and very easy to access, making the entire storage process straightforward and stress-free. What stood out most was the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. From the initial enquiry through to the move-in process, the team was professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain all available options, answered every question clearly, and ensured everything was arranged efficiently. The staff’s dedication to providing a hassle-free service deserves special recognition. Their willingness to go the extra mile, attention to detail, and positive attitude made the entire experience smooth and convenient. It’s refreshing to receive such high standards of customer care. Fantastic storage facility. Made my home move process very managble, stress free and incredible 100sq ft room which housed all of our things plus space for more, for a detailed example, we had Superking mattress 3 wardrobes 2 tall cabinets 4 seater sofa very big Office desk 3 chairs Tv 25 boxes 20 bags of clothes Plenty of miscellaneous items 4 suitcases large and medium Still had space for more! The facility has excellent trolleys that can handle loads, very smooth and easy to use keypad system to get in and out of your room through a few doors. The rooms are very secure, sturdy padlock was provided for a fee but I kept it as it is very very high quality. They close at 5.30pm everyday (4pm sunday) but we did have needs to access our room later which was very kindly and effciently accommodated by staff for an extended access period until 11pm (can start from 5am also) for a small £5 which honestly is when we did most of our moving in and out to our new property. This made it so easy and straight forward, please bear in mind you must ask for this by callimg the very kind and hellful staff to have the extended access. You get refunded for the days you do not use if you choose to end your storage needs early, but 2 weeks notice is a must. All in all, I am very happy with this storage facility in Luton, and would most definately come back here again. There is a very premium more modern feel to Big yellow over the competitors, worth the price 100%. Thank you to Brieann for accommodating our stay.
