Dorcas, was both polite and professional. She talked me through process and helped me select a suitable unit. After that her customer service skills were exemplary as we went through the paperwork and payment process. I must say all staff were polite, but the Dorcas excelled.

I had an excellent experience here! Dorcas at the reception was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. She made the whole process smooth and easy, answering all my questions with patience and a smile. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days , she truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend this place!
