The booking process was extremely easy. I was left in a situation where I had nowhere to move to, so had to find somewhere to put a two-bedroom apartments' worth of items into storage within 24 hours. I was pricing up options online and was called by a member of the sales team, I didn't catch his name but he put me totally at ease and sorted everything for me at an extremely good price. His call alone was the deciding factor in choosing Big Yellow. Moving in was the same story. We were greeted by Kritika who was lovely and very sympathetic of our situation and did all she could to help. She talked us through everything and made sure we had everything to make the process as stress-free as possible. Aside from this, Kritika was chatty, friendly, and gave us a great first face-to-face impression of Big Yellow.

All enquiries were handled with respect and professional courtesy. Staff as exemplified by Edwin and Jonathan should be mentioned as being instrumental in making stressful situation into a pleasant experience.

Johnny ( who moved me in ) was fab - helpful, professional and friendly. Kritika - who helped me on the telephone is a top employee - she was courteous, patient and good fun ! well done team Big Yellow.

Problems in completing on line but easily solved when face to face.

I would like to pass my special thanks to Johnny and Edwin for making my journey of opening a storage space, easy and pleasurable. This is my first time experience and I needed to learn everything from scratch. We are looking forward to using the space on a regular basis.
