Problems in completing on line but easily solved when face to face.

I would like to pass my special thanks to Johnny and Edwin for making my journey of opening a storage space, easy and pleasurable. This is my first time experience and I needed to learn everything from scratch. We are looking forward to using the space on a regular basis.

The Manager, Jonathan McConnell was fantastic right from the beginning. His customer friendly approach was rewarding and welcoming. Kritika also had a cheerful demeanour during the process. My husband and I were very happy with their engagement with us.

My enquiry was handled with the utmost understanding and care. Edwin your representative was very informative and helpful. Due to circumstances of me needing storage, I wasn't in best state of mind and he put a lot of my worries to rest. Hope to see him again before I remove my belongings from storage.
