Speaking to various people on the phone before moving in was great, everybody very helpful and clear communication. Jo was brilliant ok moving in day, extremely helpful, ran through everything clearly and double checked that everything was okay with a follow-up the next morning. Excellent service.

way too much red tape. even after an online check in (no intuitive website) there was far too much 'hands on' interaction at the store.
