Ryan Pearson was my initial point of contact and was principally responsible for managing my booking. He was able to deal with every query I had immediately, efficiently and courteously. His explanation of the procedures for booking, completing the check-in process and the entry-exit process was crystal clear, and that has made everything so much easier and simpler for us at a pretty stressful time.
Got a phone call I believe from Gary who ran through all options and explained how it all worked. After a little think I booked it an hour later.
