My initial enquiry was handled in a very professional manner. The process was explained well. It was easy to do on-line. I was welcomed on-site with a very clear instructions adhering to the Covid Government guidelines :-)

I spoke to Jo throught the process who was very happy to help, personable and explained things clearly. Jo made the process very easy and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Armadillo in Macc to my friends and family.

It was dealt with extremely well by Jo at Macclesfield - I didn't get in touch until quite late in the afternoon and wanted some space the following day - she emailed me promptly and made everything clear

The 48 hour window to check in came as a surprise, I wasn't aware when I made the original booking that I would need to subsequently fill out more forms within 2 days. Then within that check-in there were sections that didn't need to be completed right away, inventory for instance, so I spent ages trying to make an inventory list only to edit and change the whole thing on the day of arrival.

Fast response to initial enquiry. Straight forward process with the lovely Joanna, great explanations regarding queries from both Gareth and Joanna. A great experience overall. Thank you..
