Excellent advice given when I called regarding the size of unit required. Process was clear and well explained.

Excellent communication from Gareth (manager) after first completing an online quote. He was extremely helpful and thoroughly professional In all aspects of our phone conversations. He answered all my questions, and was very welcoming and friendly throughout. Fantastic information and updates provided on email, with all information readily to hand.

Most polite and very helpful nothing is too much trouble.

This was easy to understand the team of Gareth,Markus and Ryan,were excellent,very patient,and went through everything to get me the right storage,i would recommend this storage ,the location is great ,and access and health and safety explained in easy terms.

Initial enquiry with Gareth in Macclesfield, no problem very friendly and understanding what I needed. Filled all documentation online no problem. Met Markus at your premises, very helpful and even when you just had new computer system put in and everyone still getting used to it. Whole process was smooth, friendly and quick. Ryan was great on the phone. No pressure and reliable for a call back. On check in Gareth was REALLY helpful. Professional, informative and empathetic. Would only request that there is hand sanitiser and anti bac spray for the trollies please as you enter the loading bay doors. Thank you Charlotte Felton

Fantastic! could not fault them. Dealt with Axle initially on phone and then George, manager in Macclesfield. Both really helpful. First time i have used any storage business. They were great and kept distance and very professional.
