Alan at Armadillo Macclesfield, was very friendly and made the experience very simple.

The whole process was made very straightforward. Everyone, from the initial telephone enquiry to the moving in to the facility, was handled in an extremely friendly, courteous and professional manner.

Nothing was an issue for them. We weren't sure if we would need more storage on the day and rather than let us get stressed about it they reassured me that if we needed more then it wouldn't be an issue and they also made sure that the solution was as cost effective as possible. I would say the only negative is the insurance as it is very expensive however, given that most of our worldly good are stored with you, it is a necessity and it is difficult to get a policy from a high street insurer, then there is little option. I expect it would be a shock for someone who hadn't had researched and weren't expecting it to cost so much. I like the inventory, as it makes you think about the value of your 'stuff', this isn't something you generally think about when insuring your home contents. I just found it very easy, the staff were pleasant and courteous and smiley. Thanks again Winnie
