Very well. New young salesman very nice and personable, obviously enjoys his job.

I initially paid a visit to the facility where the manager showed me samples of the different sized rooms to help me decide which one was suitable. The process was easy to follow online.

Ryan was extremely helpful and dealt with the transaction very quickly and efficiently. Thank you.

I started the process on line but stopped part way through as I did not have a confirmed start day. I received a really helpful call from Gareth who explained that this was not an issue as once reserved I could delay my start date to meet my needs. The email reminder re. checking in on line was welcome as was the option to part complete and save my details. On the day Ryan was on duty and he was knowledgeable, helpful and extremely pleasant.
