I have found Alan very helpful, thorough and pleasant, so my experience at the Macclesfield Armadillo has been entirely positive. I found the online process less easy though reasonably okay.
I called in with my enquiry and was promptly dealt with and shown a unit which was to my liking. The salesman was very efficient and explained everything I needed to know and I went ahead with the transaction.
Very well, website was easy to use, communication has been excellent and on site staff were friendly and helpful.
We have never needed this facility before but our experience was really positive and stress free and very well explained by the store team.
The staff who helped during the process, Ryan and Alan, were excellent and made a potentially very stressful experience manageable. However, the nature of the on-line booking and the lack of flexibility with payment arrangements, made this difficult, since I was booking on behalf of someone not in the country.
Can't fault the team. Gareth and Alan make the whole process stress free and make you feel so at ease. They lift your spirits. Like the added access code from when I was last there as a customer.
