I was told I would have after hours access for 2 nights as I wasn't going to be able to arrive in time. Upon arrival at 11:30 access was denied and I had to wait an hour for someone to come and let me in. This wouldn't have been a huge issue if it wasn't for the fact two strong friends who had come with me to unload had to leave. What would have taken 1 hour took 3 1/2 to unload on my own! Very annoyed indeed! :(

I was not told about the deposit until payment. Disliked 2 people speaking to me at the same time, it was very confusing and undermining for the person who was doing his job- very competently.

Armadillo's service was exceptional. I didn't know how much space I would need, or for how long, and they cheerfully accommodated that. By check-in day, I had two rooms allocated to me, but my removals team managed to fit everything in one room. Armadillo simply refunded the whole cost of the unused room!
