So far, everything. The booking process with Hannah was seamless, ahead of checkin I had 2 super friendly calls with other team members. Team members on arrival were so lovely, simple system, great business model and structure. 10/10.

I thought Karen on customer service was brilliant, she answered my questions and linked in with the Manchester facility. On arrival at Manchester I was given a first class service and the transition was seamless.

All really easy and Daniel the assistant manager was amazing when we got there!
