It was great from start to finish

Very easy, I asked about the price match and there were no issues with honouring it. Came in to pick up some covers we had ordered and had the whole process explained to me face-to-face and was shown the room reserved for me. Moving in was smooth as we had already checked in online and my ID had already been taken.

Having never before used a self store solution, I was very pleased with how easily it was explained, readily accessible and overall just how communicative the team were on the lead up to beginning of rental of the unit.

I don't know about the initial enquiry because a friend made it. But the process of booking the storage, signing the contract and moving things into it was really easy, and my day was great thanks to the help of Danny :)
