Very good customer support

Chris was fantastic, I believe I spoke to him on the phone a few days earlier - he had all the info I needed, he was approachable, friendly - and really made me feel like I'd made the right choice on arrival - by making everything streamlined and simple. Fabulous customer service, and not something you get everywhere nowadays.

I was very impressed with the modern building and the facilities it provided. The staff at this particular branch were highly professional, helpful and efficient. They made the move that can be quite stressful , a good and easy experience. Terrific service.

Everybody we dealt with at Big Yellow Storage were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. In particular, Stefan, who stayed late and went the extra mile to help us set up a new storage unit at the last minute when our house move didn't fit in the original unit we bought!

Amber was absolutely brilliant and I couldn't recommend her more, I had a really stressful day and she helped so much and definitely eased the pressure from the day.

I am really happy with the customer service I have received from all of the team. I have never had to store anything before, but the process was explained well. Very pleased so far.

The overall experience was really good, I managed to finish the application process quickly and smoothly. The storage room was already ready and prepared for me to check in as well as the paper work.
