Stefan was very patient and accommodating. the flexibility of being able to choose the right size of storage on the spot is also a big plus. after that, accessing the storage is very straight forward and I did not encounter any difficulties.
Explaining during the first call how big each room was and helping me decide which was best for my needs, as well as how much it would cost and what that included. The check in process was great too, showing me to my room and answering all my questions.

Chris was fantastic, I believe I spoke to him on the phone a few days earlier - he had all the info I needed, he was approachable, friendly - and really made me feel like I'd made the right choice on arrival - by making everything streamlined and simple. Fabulous customer service, and not something you get everywhere nowadays.
I was very impressed with the modern building and the facilities it provided. The staff at this particular branch were highly professional, helpful and efficient. They made the move that can be quite stressful , a good and easy experience. Terrific service.
