Handled brilliantly. At first, I was a bit wary that I needed to enter all my details in order to get a quote, and actually picked up the call from the folks at big yellow storage by accident. Normally Im not interested in the hard sell calls after disclosing my details online. BUT they were so lovely, friendly, easy going, and not pushy in the slightest. I loved the team at Manchester storage, they have been brilliant and easy to work with.

Donna was really smiley and friendly and made the process very easy for us ! We even had a nice chat, it wasn’t all about the storage facilities :)

Would like to say a massive thank you to Danny who was super helpful on the day - I had a nightmare with my removals company and he was just very friendly and professional and made my move into the storage a lot easier!

Amazingly, despite it being a bank holiday the guy was cheerful, incredibly helpful, answered any questions I had and overall I believe there couldn't have been anything done better.
