I don’t think I had taken on board it was not 24 hour service Also a huge shock your insurance you asked for new for old prices but lots of my things are actually sentimental and I wd not want to replace yet was not allowed to cchasbge my valuation from £14000 as a new replacement for old furniture prob worth £1000 the asst man said I cd not change value I have a Ken the space and paid for 4weeks shall be looking to leave the space asap

After obtaining a quote online, I was called by Stefan. He was exceptionally helpful and friendly. He helped me figure out what size of room I needed, and told me about a discount I could get. He explained what the process would be when I arrived at Big Yellow. He went above and beyond in recommending a removal person. I thought it was really good customer service that I was called nearer to the time to check that everything was going ahead and to see if I required any help. When I arrived, Danny assisted me. Like Stefan, he was exceptionally helpful and friendly. He explained everything really clearly, and answered any questions I had. It was a really pleasant experience. Overall, I am really impressed with the level of service I received.

First contact was on the phone and then email, when we visited on the day to see the units Daniel Sieradzan the assistant manager was so very helpful. He explained every part of it from looking at the different units and the paperwork so well. When we came back to put our items in a 75 sq ft unit it all went to plan. So it's 100% for all the experience and value for money, thanks Daniel.
It was very simple and easy from the start with getting a quote and moving my boxes to the storage. Staff are super friendly and helpful, storage facilities are perfect, clean and with a beautiful view. Love the music in the corridors.

It was great to get a return phone call quite soon after I had started looking into booking a storage space so that I could clarify a few questions, then having made the reservation prompt replies to a couple of short emails was very helpful. Dan was very helpful when we arrived to book in and we were very impressed with the store - it all went very smoothly (it was such a releif to find you had trolleys!!!)
