Customer service and explaining everything

Check in was brilliant with Carlos who is very customer friendly as was his smiling female colleague who gave me a tour of facilities showed me how to find my bin and how the codes worked. Honestly could not have been nicer both of them. Impressive.

Excellent customer service, Libby Dolby is very professional in explaining the process from check-in to check-out.

Easy to book, good discount, very friendly and helpful staff. Easy to park and unload, trolleys are very useful. Alarm code great idea for security. Very clean all round. Good deals for boxes and packaging.

Staff we very clear, professional and courteous. Prices were explained, questions answered. Processes were made easy to follow. Area is clean and accessible.

Very friendly staff, very welcoming. I'd like to mention that Nick, Libby, Hasti & Carlos were absolutely lovely! 10/10! Very tidy place.
