The MERTON store is well laid out, easily accessible with friendly and helpful staff.

Very friendly stuff, answered all my questions, and made the check-in experience nice and quick.

Great service from Nick and Carlos. I very much appreciate the follow up call from Nick (Happy Birthday by the way????) and the check in service on site with Carlos. The end to end process on how to access the facility was well explained by Carlos, which gives me the confidence of how secure the self storage facility is.

Does exactly what is says on the tin. Very straightforward to book, check-in process wasn't overly arduous. Staff polite and friendly.

Service was amazing, very helpful and welcoming. Kieth was brilliant and really kind. Only downfall would be the shock of the insurance, it isn’t clearly stated online and was an extra payment I didn’t expect.

I was amazed at the friendly and attentive service, I wasn't really expecting it. Shall and Keith went to great lengths to explain everything and were friendly and helpful.

Efficient and friendly approach to setting up the account. Very clear in explaining procedure and rules, but done with cheery attitude and sense of humour.

The process was so smooth and the representative explained everything nicely and seemed reasonable to us. The friendly nature of Keith Day made our experience pleasant. We also liked the overall security system.
