The staff were absolutely brilliant. Kind and well mannered and willing to help us in any way form or shape.

I've been very impressed with the efficiency of the staff & the whole cleanliness of the facility. I dealt with Keith who made the whole experience so easy & so pleasant on the several occasions I was at the reception that any concerns on my part were wiped away.

Jeremiah and Alexandra were professional, friendly, answered all of our questions and provided us with all of the information we needed.

From making the initial inquiry to actually putting our stuff into storage, the whole process has been brilliant. Starting the process with Raheem who was fantastic at following up and staying in touch to signing up with Keith who was just great and so helpful with everything. I honestly believe that the team and customer service at big yellow Merton in the best I have ever received. Honestly such a great bunch who are clearly very happy in what they do. I also spoke to Jeremiah once and he too was fantastic.
