Everything was very easy to get through and Keith was very helpful with explaining further what everything meant as well as helping me to future plan.

From making the initial inquiry to actually putting our stuff into storage, the whole process has been brilliant. Starting the process with Raheem who was fantastic at following up and staying in touch to signing up with Keith who was just great and so helpful with everything. I honestly believe that the team and customer service at big yellow Merton in the best I have ever received. Honestly such a great bunch who are clearly very happy in what they do. I also spoke to Jeremiah once and he too was fantastic.

Explained the process in a way that was easy to understand. Friendly and helpful too.

Raheem and Carlos were amazing at following up and closing the loop on my search for a reliable self-storage company. Raheem really listened to my requirements and Carlos was great at explaining the details with regards to insurance, contract details, etc. They both were so patient, courteous and a pleasure to deal with.

It was really easy to find the right size unit, the online information was really clear and then I got a call from Raheem at Merton Big Yellow who was super helpful with advising me what the next steps were and getting me moved in on the same day! On top of that, the unit was really clean and the big, easy to move trolleys helped me get everything in the car in the unit in one go
