I did go through a string of quotes but eventually i was matched on my price.

The staff were excellent, Carlos, Shane and Jeremy. Helpful, friendly, knowledgable and made me a coffee. They represent the company very well and it was a pleasure meeting them.

Very helpful and informative, a quick response, everything I needed to know from first call onwards. Shane was particularly helpful on the day I moved into the storage unit; couldn't be better. I don't think anyone could be more helpful than he has been.

My initial enquiry was really useful. Everything was explained to me and was able to understand the process of booking a storage space.

Shane with the initial email exchanged and Raheem when I went to the store to do ll the paperwork could not have been more polite, friendly, clear or helpful.

Excellent service

The team at Big Yellow Merton have to be the most friendly, efficient, helpful, thoughtful and informative. I had viewed several other storage facilities and this one was in a completely different league to all the others. The online check-in service was simple and made the actual check in process short and easy. The entire storage facility is spotlessly clean. But it was the team of Kuda, Carlos and Rhahmin who made it all a pleasure. They are exemplary.

The initial enquiry was handled with utter professionalism, politeness, charm and friendliness. Everything was explained clearly and concisely.

Carlos, was amazing. Thr guy was professional and to the point. If it wasnt for him i doubt id go ahead.

I dealt with Kuda and he was excellent to deal with and very professional.
