All the staff in Merton big yellow explain everything really well and made it an easy experience
I was promptly contacted by your representative, after leaving my contacts details on your website, which was very helpfully handled. After deciding to use BIG Yellow for my storage needs, I was extremely well received at your Merton facilities by GEORGIANA. She handled all procedures in a commendable professional, carrying and dignified manner that actually made our day. Our big thanks to her.
It’s refreshing to deal with a company that have a ‘real’ phone number and you’re not held in a queue for ages. I think got clear information.

Over the phone, despite ringing me daily (sometimes twice) for a week to check i was coming (too much and irritating) they neglected to mention a lot of details about the actual process, i.e the fact you must actually pay for 4 weeks up front, not 1 week as i was led to believe by the Gentlemen on the phone. Despite 2 calls on the day of the move 21/07/19, and much encouragement to check in online, the check in process then did not work. Upon arriving in the store, begun the in store process of the check in with a gentleman who seemingly had no idea what he was doing, and dragged out the processes (and even charged me for a £14 padlock without asking if i had one, which i did). Despite his struggles, i needed to be done, so his colleague (im assuming the more senior of the 2 working on 21/07/19). From this point onwards it was like clockwork and i had my things in the unit within the next 10 minutes. A very pleasant gentleman who couldn't do enough to help me and provided many alternatives for my transport out of the storage unit, he personally guaranteed he would be handling my departure and credited payment upon this time. Very helpful, i see now why Big Yellow provide such emphasis on Online check in, however with competent staff, the process is actually quite expedient...........
It was very easy and the lady Giorgiana was very helpful and amazingly nice.
My enquiry was handle very well. My move into the storage was efficient and well handled.
Raheem and Carlos were extremely professional, very informed about the services that Big Yellow provides and its pricing structure, and very helpful. The two of them are the kind of staff members that every company would like to have
I dealt with Rahim who was extremely helpful and professional. He kept the registeration really brief and to to the point explaining everything that we needed to know (and more). He also dealt with very annoying questions from my husband with a bit of humour. He’s a real asset to your company.
