The team at Big Yellow Merton have to be the most friendly, efficient, helpful, thoughtful and informative. I had viewed several other storage facilities and this one was in a completely different league to all the others. The online check-in service was simple and made the actual check in process short and easy. The entire storage facility is spotlessly clean. But it was the team of Kuda, Carlos and Rhahmin who made it all a pleasure. They are exemplary.

The initial enquiry was handled with utter professionalism, politeness, charm and friendliness. Everything was explained clearly and concisely.

Carlos, was amazing. Thr guy was professional and to the point. If it wasnt for him i doubt id go ahead.

I dealt with Kuda and he was excellent to deal with and very professional.

Everything went smoothly. Rahim was brilliant.

Extremely well handled. My first contact was by 'phone and I was given a full, and clear, breakdown of what was involved. We then called in to the Merton storage space and spoke with Keith who was really friendly and helpful. He showed us the space which was allocated to us which was great. I then got a call a few days later to check that I understand what I needed to do and to ask if I needed any more information. Finally, on moving in day Kuda and Raheem were most helpful. A great customer experience from start to finish.

From the word go, I received a warm welcome, smooth transition from A to B A very sincerely Approachable staff, Raheem was professional reassuring and made one feel confident in there choice, together with clear delivery of information. Kuda also was very kind, very friendly, always had a smile and encouraging attitude and attention to detail, he made me the best cup of tea, which clearly radiated good vibes. I went to the big yellow selfstorage in person to ask a few questions about moving things in there. I was met with a big smile and moved in my things the following day thanks to Georgiana and Raheem at the merton branch. A Great experience.
