the assistance I received from Julia at the front desk of your south Wimbledon branch was as wonderful as it was surprising. sadly I am getting used to retailers and service providers offering no service and their employees not knowing the right information. this was not the case with Julia. efficient and a sense of humour. you should look after her.

I'm planning to use Big Yellow short term to assist my house decoration.as it is short term it is affordable.longer term not sure. The sales assistant was Rathnay I think.she was very lovely , clear and helpful.
