Georgiana was very helpful and very understanding of my storage needs. She assisted me throughout the process and explained everything in detail and made the entire process of booking/documents /moving very smooth.

I am very pleased by the way I was welcomed into Big Storage. I found the whole expierence very easy and quick.

Brilliant, I turned up at the Morden branch on news years day at 2pm not realising that closed at 2pm. The staff were great they let me buy boxes ect which I really neeeded that day, and even showed me ways to save by buying the packs. Also I had actually booked the new Malden branch by mistake. But this was no problem they changed it all over for me with no drama. On the jan 2nd I moved in and Keith was great, showed me the ropes and let me down graded to a 75ft as the 100fy I had boooed was far too big,it was a very easy process!

Keith who checked me in could not have been more helpful absolute pleasure to meet him made the process very easy
