I spoke to a very helpful lady who gave fantastic service and I was easily able to book a storage unit for the dates I needed.

On a recommendation I called the store manager and explained my requirements; he was very helpful and talked me through the options and sent the quote by email very quickly. When I came in to sign the contract etc he made himself available and again explained everything clearly and in detail.

Long time regular customer, whole process is well handled.

Keith at Merton Branch was fantastic, when I was having issues with the website, he rang me up and immediately sorted out my problem. When I arrived to move my things in, he was efficient, friendly and explained everything. I would highly recommend Big Yellow thanks to the experience I had.

Service really is on a top level. I did register online, after which I did not finish the process. I got a follow up call and was asked if I can be helped/booked via phone. I did the check in online, which eased and fastened up the final steps at the store. And then in the store I had even better experience, thanks to very helpful and super professional service by Raheem, as he took great care of me even almost after his working hours, since I was a bit late. Which I am extremely grateful for to him. He really made the best of impression and representation of the company! Give him a raise, or a bonus at least :)
