From the 1st phone call to enquire about storage everything was explained to me very well, a date and lock up was reserved for me until I decided to book which was helpful as I had many other things that needed my attention until then, so when it came to me booking the check in on line was very easy to do. I then arrived on the day to a very friendly and helpful gentleman called Jason who made me feel very comfortable and showed me everything I needed to know step by step

The team were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They fully understood what I was looking for and made suggestions based around space and cost, as well as what would be available. I was very happy that they were able to price match another storage company too. I had a removals firm arriving before I could get to the units and the guys praised your office staff for the help they gave them.
