service delivery is smooth, staff are very helpful.

Very nice, helpful staff. The lady (sorry I can't remember her name), has been very patient with me as I have mental health conditions that mean I can't talk on phones very well, so we were communicating via email. I forgot to sign out and instead of having to go back in, they very kindly did it online for me. Lovely people, made a sad thing a little bit easier.

Jason was fantastic. Amazing knowledge. Good anecdotes of how the service could work for me. The change I made to a larger room was no problem at all.
