Excellent customer service from Emma from the outset. Showed me empathy and understood my needs

Great personnel who really helped us understand what we needed. Emma was particularly helpful.

The customer service was excellent, I phoned a few times before deciding to go ahead and every single person I spoke to without exception was friendly, professional and helpful - on the day I moved in, I’d chosen a unit that turned out to be smaller than I needed and this was sorted with no hassle at all. Thank you so much
