Extremely helpful staff, only too happy to provide the right sized unit you need and not try to sell you something bigger, this is the second time I’m used Big Yellow and if I ever need storage again, yep you guessed it,, I’ll be calling the boys again.

I went to your shop on Thursday to book in so went I arrive on Saturday I can go to my unit but was told come on Saturday as I have book in on line and it will only takes 5 min and on Saturday it took 40 min

The ID and registration process is very manual; paper-based and cumbersome. By the the time it had finished my removals van had been unloaded. It had contents relating to a two-bed flat. Think how to digitise it. Also, allow someone to register before the day of moving stuff in.

Popped into the branch to see if they could help and within 1 hour I had a room and the paperwork was completed. Marvellous service.
