Whether through miscommunication or not I wasn't aware that I wouldn't have had access after the reception hours. When we arrived just outside of the hours, the member of staff saw us and asked how we were. When we told him what happened he just said "okay" and closed up.

The attention and the service provided was outstanding. Matt frok Milton Keynes office made the experience much better than we could be expecting. 5 star!
