My initial enquiry over the phone with Jason was very positive and helpful. The on-line registration process was relatively quick and easy. On my first visit to the MK site, Sunny explained everything with commendable clarity, courtesy and efficiency, and I was able to decant a first carload into my unit with no problems at all. I am most impressed with my whole introduction to Big Yellow.
