Simply everything was easy and straightforward with helpful staff

Great service, great offer for 50% off for the first 2 months and I was upgraded to a bigger room for the same price. Jason was fab and went over everything in great detail!

Very easy to book online, very helpful staff on the day

This was the first time I had used a storage facility and the check-in service was first class: informative, accommodating and comprehensive. I was very impressed with Jason Simpson and the professional way in which he took care of business.

Efficient convenient clean but quite expensive - plus I would prefer more width on storage rather than height as can’t stack certain things - otherwise wasted top space
