Great customer service from Jason who checked me in. My only negative is that it was quite a way from unloading to my storage unit so this increased the time to off load

The receptionists were friendly and thorough with me, they were highly experienced and friendly and were patient with any questions I had. It was very easy to get my items to my storage locker and the trolleys were easily accessible.

It was easy to register and check in on line . The staff at the Milton Keynes branch made it an easy process to check in on the day and explain how everything worked .
