More than satisfied with staff (Robyn), attitude, facilities and ease of access and use.

I thought the price was paid weekly not in one lump sum. Also there should be padlocks for hire.

On arrival the whole experience was so easily explained Steve explained and showed me how everything worked in great detail

IMPECCABLE SERVICE

The check in process is too lengthy. I'm storing stuff that has no real value other than sentimental. The questions and detail required was over the top. I HAVE to buy your insurance. Is it so you get to know what I'm keeping in there?

Clean facilities. Friendly service. Good communication from Yellow Storage. Easy access to storage. Flexibility in terms of storage space. Stephen was welcoming and helpful with the checking in service .
