Everyone is so helpful even when they are busy. They explain everything to you in a clear and easy to understand manner

Everyone was friendly and polite. We was given lots of information and everything that we needed to know was explained clearly. Jason and Robyn were the staff members on duty and both were warm and welcoming. We was dealt with by Jason who was very efficient.
