Exceptional level of detail and service provided... all aspects covered and all my answers covered by a very knowledgeable member of staff.

Everyone was friendly and polite. We was given lots of information and everything that we needed to know was explained clearly. Jason and Robyn were the staff members on duty and both were warm and welcoming. We was dealt with by Jason who was very efficient.

The staff were extremely helpful, everything explained very well. I was allowed to postpone my start date by 2 weeks because I was not ready to move in when I had expected to pay from my original date. That is really looking out for the customer. Then I changed the size of my unit on the day I moved the goods in. All no problem for the staff.
