Great site with easy check-in process and decent loading area with plenty of big trolleys to carry stuff from van to rooms. Jason was super helpful in setting up everything quicky, helped with price match.. explained everything really well. Thanks for your help.

Nice staff, clean premises, never very busy. I have used this Milton Keynes branch a few times. Beware of insurance which will be added, best to ask beforehand what the true total pay is. Also there was a price climb part through the duration. Not much could be done with that I guess.

Thoroughly lovely team here at Big Yellow. Damian was so kind and patient during a truly horrific house move, which made the whole process so much more bearable. Nothing seemed too much bother for him, even though he went out of his way to set up out of hours access for me at incredibly short notice. Absolute asset to the team and a thoroughly lovely chap!
