Big Yellow helped me out of a hole when the other storage company with whom I was booked forgot to tell me the lift wasn’t working on moving on day. Their unit was sturdy, clear and accessible and provided a good safe interim store whilst I was mid house move
Very helpful and accommodating, I consolidated 2 units. Easy process, thank you to the Team
The staff members lead by Emma Leo at the Milton Keynes branch are A*. Professional, caring and compassionate. I have stored in a few facilities and can confidently say that this team is by far the best that I have come across. Even surpassing previous teams I have interacted with at Big Yellow. Emma is a great asset to Big Yellow - I hope they know this. She goes beyond the call of duty. My length of stay at Big Yellow is down to her ability to listen and heed; and her willingness and professionalism in assisting customers to achieve their goal. She works hard to meet the needs of her clients whilst flying high as a loyal trailblazer for Big Yellow. If ever I go into a similar business, I would snap Emma up! She is an excellent Business and Customer Experience Management Professional. I hope she soars very high. Jason is a kind-hearted and loyal member of Big Yellow. He has provided stability, help and comfort at the branch over the years. His smile and warm words are always welcoming. He is well-able to manage independently. Damian is very warm and quietly effective. Extremely supportive and keen to ensure the comfort and safety of customers and their units alike. I have been at Big Yellow, Milton Keynes for many many years now (sojourning for a few short spells but always returning :) ) - security for me and my items there has been top-notch. Never had a challenge. CCTV features all around the facility (internal and external). I visit the facility literally at any hour especially out of hours - sometimes hurriedly and forgetting to lock my unit. Staff always patrol and have helped me secure my units a number of times. Big Yellow constantly risk assess; promptly and proactively upgrading their numerous security measures. Kudos. Thank you Emma, Jason and Damian (and the larger team). I highly recommend The Big Yellow Storage, Milton Keynes for storing your personal or business items. Emma and her team keep it clean, organised and very peaceful.
