It all went very well. I thought the customer service was excellent. Facilities very good clean and secure. The only problem I had was the insurance. Getting a quote that will be price matched was a bit of a bind to be honest. Why not just offer a good competitive quote in the first place?

Quotes were simple to obtain and well explained upon arrival. One thing that would've helped was to provide an estimate on insurance as I didn't get this until check in.

Wasn't told about additional insurance costs, Was almost coerced into signing for insurance without any written or verbal quotes, it was only my intuition that prompted me to ask if there were any extra costs at which point the sales agent admitted there were charges, only after consulting an a4 folder did he tell me the costs.
Mark delivered on every aspect of service that I could have wished for during what could have been an extremely stressful time. He went over & above my expectation to make sure I was well looked after & happy with the process of storing my belongings .Guiding me personally through the whole process. He was even able to recommend a removal man & van who were careful & competitively priced. He worked tirelessly on his own fielding phone calls, customer queries, explaining to myself simply & clearly the contract I was entering into(he had even found me a very competitive insurance quote) He did all this with a cheerful & genuine demeaner . I felt he cared very much that I was happy....which I was. Look after him he is a VALUABLE employee !!!!
