Great facility and brilliant service!

Everyone who I spoke to in person and on the phone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Jennifer in particular spent time showing various options before deciding and all procedures after.

My initial consultation over web chat was easy and helpful. Contact throughout the pre-move process was quick and helpful. Phil Baxter and his team handled my final paperwork and move to the storage space brilliantly. Everyone was very friendly, informative and clear.

My first enquiry was to the Lancaster store. I had used the Stockport branch 18 months previously so had a good idea what to expect. The reason for storage was to store my daughter things for a month between leaving her accommodation to getting the keys to her new accommodation and not worth taking it all home. The initial call was to Mark who was very helpful explaining all different sizes of units for our needs. Everything was explained clearly. He also made a follow up call to me a few days later if I had decided on a move in date. We also had a follow up call from a female ( unsure of her name) but again so helpful. No questions needed. Covered everything and all explained clearly !

It all went very well. I thought the customer service was excellent. Facilities very good clean and secure. The only problem I had was the insurance. Getting a quote that will be price matched was a bit of a bind to be honest. Why not just offer a good competitive quote in the first place?
