excellent service by Jenny and the manager (Mark I think) incredibly helpful and personable and made the process very stress free.
All very good. My initial online enquiry was followed up by a phone call from the team to talk me through everything and make a reservation. I realise that this was a 'sales' call, but it did not feel at all pushy, a very different experiences to other locker companies I had received quotes from. On the day of arrival Jenny was very helpful and friendly, kudos to her and the rest of the team!
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They made it so easy to book in and explained everything in detail. Especially Jenny who mostly dealt with our booking.
The overall process was very easy due to the storage options I had available to me. 8 weeks at half price was certainly a great incentive and a help to my pocket. Online booking saved time and made the booking much much simpler. Having ground floor enabled me to gain out of hours access, and quicker access as I struggle walking long distances and up stairs as i am due to have a hip operation.
Very well handled, I had my 5 month old baby with us and was pleased the signing of contracts / payment etc was done very quick and we felt like the morecambe office was following covid-19 safety measures really well and Jenny was super helpful and friendly
It was handled with high professionalism and the whole process was very easy to follow and understand.
Both by 'phone and in person I have been very impressed with the extremely high level of customer service I have received from the team.
