My initial contact (with Neil) was both informative and very helpful. Especially when the precautions surrounding Covid 19 we explained. I was made fully aware of all the costs upfront and therefore no surprises when I went along to the site. When we arrived at the site, Jenny was very welcoming, professional and helpful and very mindful of site health and safety in addition to the virus protection procedures.
