Everything was explained clearly clearly, from the phone inquiry and the booking of the space, to the paper signing and the storage space tour.

Great experience

Everything was positive, easy booking, really helpful reception at the storage facility, with flexibility to my needs. Parking the vehicle could not have been easier, and location of rooms was good for 1st v 2nd call-off goods. There was a delay on leaving due to the manager being called away - this pushed us to the limit on our tacho at the other end...but we made it with 4mins to spare! Overall yery positive.

I started to call storage companies in the area, finding some people to be quite rude on the phone, and very vague regarding charges, additional costs, security etc. Then I called Armadillo. The call was taken by a VERY professional lady called Jenny. She was clear, concise, and exceptionally empathetic and helpful. Jenny invited me to the storage unit to take a look for peace of mind. Again, she was very professional and clear in her explanations of how things worked. We are in the middle of a house move. On "Move Day" it transpired that additional storage was required. Jenny sorted this out with me very quickly, with no stress or complications. I cannot complement Armadillo enough for such a wonderful employee. She is an absolute credit to you.

The operative was extremely courteous and attentive , providing all the details and information I required. I was shown round the facility and allowed to inspect all storage units , giving me the ability to choose the size of unit that would suit my requirements.

Jenny was extremely friendly and helpful which has made it a very pleasant experience.

The booking and handling of my move into storage couldn’t have been made any easier. Jenny (Morecambe branch) was incredibly helpful and friendly.
