Great customer service. Very easy to get hold of someone on the phone and staff were very helpful in answering questions about what size unit I would need. Easy checkin process on the day. Very pleasant space, clean and straightforward to access.

Shout out to Amy and kristoph (I’m really sorry if I’ve spelt it wrong) in the beginning I was assisted by kristoph who made the booking process super easy and double checked my requirements. Due to being homeless and little money I didn’t have a lot of cash to burn for storage. I got back in contact as I was struggle to pay for food and storage. Amy was so helpful with these situations. Very kind and understanding. Which when you’ve got a lot of stress it’s exactly what you need. She helped me navigate payments so they could align with my monthly payments. Yeah she really went above and beyond. Thank you so much for everything - in a time of chaos you made things just that little bit easier. You star. Hope your knee is feeling better. Keep being amazing!
