Great - helped my situation enormously - was getting very stressed with lack of storage available in accommodation and you saved the day!

Thi is the second time I have used the Big Yellow at New Cross and on both occasions I have been very impressed with the service. The store is clean and Joy and the rest of the staff offer the most pain free help at a time when I have been feeling fairly stressed.
