I found the storage to be incredibly good value for money and Lauren Terry's customer service to be friendly and concise from initial phone call to first visit.

Val helped me a lot by explaining everything very clearly and being very friendly and cheerful.

The service was 10 out of 10 mainly because she gave so much attention to detail and made the process smooth. I was rushed off my feet and needed to have the storage process made simple and easy and that she did.

Customer service was amazing, everyone I spoke to (on the phone and in person) was super friendly and helpful - with both questions to the storage as well as to the actual move. Also was made aware how to save money / that I can use a smaller storage space which I appreciate a lot!

The service was superb, with Val, our customer service agent, being the perfect mix of personable, funny and helpful. The check-in process isn't quick (but I appreciate necessary) and could've felt boring were it not for Val
