What a lovely place to have an office! The team especially Ellie and Josh have been nothing but kind, supportive and patient with all the questions and advice given throughout the whole process from start to finish! The office space was large, clean and had perfect lighting, air conditioning. If you need a space please do not hesitate to contact the team!

Bought some boxes at inflated price.

Really happy with the service me and my partner had from Big Yellow New Malden. The young lady (I believe her name was Elly) was super helpful and the young man who work the front desk (Fin) went above and beyond. We haven’t used storage before so it really made a world of difference having someone who understood our requirements and guided us every step of the way. Highly recommended and will use again

I used Big Yellow Self Storage New Malden while moving house and needed somewhere secure for a few weeks, and it did the job very well. The place was clean, well kept and easy to get into, with staff who were friendly and properly on the ball. I’d happily use it again if I needed extra space, though the price was a touch steeper than I’d hoped.

Josh was amazing helping me find my right size box! Would recommend him again.
