Just taken out a new storage unit with Big Yellow, New Malden. Having spoken to Sheila on the phone and dealt with Laura in person, I am very impressed with the attentive service so far. The facilities are great too (except maybe the customer toilet…)

Tristan at the New Malden facility assisted me when I was looking to increase the size of my storage unit. He took the time to show me available units and advised on what would be the best option based on my needs. Tristan secured the unit for me until I could move another day. I purchased a large multi box pack from Big Yellow Storage and Tristan kindly carried it to my car. He was very professional, friendly and helpful. The service was first class.
