We operate a business out of this location. Pro's: — Its very scalable with lots of options. — Secure — Very freindly, dedicated team led by talented management — Extremely flexible, We've had power and networking installed and are planning on merging two units which requires the removal of a connecting wall (all things BY are happy to accomodate) — Much wider corridors than Access — Much bigger lifts than Access — Much more user friendly access ....than Access — Vending machine for late night pit stops on the way back from jobs — Good selection of trollys, pallet jacks etc — Close proximity to a large B&Q/halfords/tesco/petrol station/timber merchant — Elle is a legend…! Cons: — Per Sqf it's more expensive than an industrial unit. You don't get a lot of the above points but if you need a lot of space, this may not be the right direction. — The constant radio over the speakers SUCKS. Seriously bumbleton FM, can you find some DJ's who play more than 6 rubbish songs on repeat. If i hear "I'm blue daba de" again I'm going to put my hand through a wall. Would highly recommend.
