Great tema at the New Malden venue

I am using such a service for the first time and I am extremely pleased that I decided on Big Yellow New Malden. As a new customer I found very good support from Aled and Konrad who were kind and patient with me they explained the terms and conditions to me in great details and answered all my questions.

Customer service has been excellent, Judith was exceptionally informative and polite and cheerful. I wish more businesses could provide such service.

Everything. We were able to arrange storage at very short notice. You recommended a removals firm who, likewise, were able to do the move the next day. You were all polite, friendly, helpful and professional. Your whole facility, office and surrounds are neat, well organised and secure. We had the immediate feeling of confidence in all you do.
