Konrad in your New Malden storage centre has been wonderful. He was clear in the advice and information he provided, he was helpful and friendly and as a first time user of your storage, he went above and beyond to ensure that I was familiar with the requirements, procedures and T&C's.
Ellie went above and beyond to allocate the best storage space to suit my needs. She spoke to my helpers who were assisting me in transporting a sofa, allowing them to load it onto a trolley, to save time whilst I filled in the necessary forms. She also offered me a selection of drinks.
