I was super impressed to receive a follow up call once I made a reservation online, and also on the day I was due to check in. When checking in, Shane was super helpful and had answers to all my questions. He made sure I understood everything and the entire process was super smooth! Shane was super friendly and really accommodating especially since I arrived a little late to check-in. The move into the storage place was really efficient due to the trolleys provided and I was allocated a storage close to the elevators
